Über die Veranstaltung
I am very happy to finally start a yoga event in the Müggelseeperle with my longtime favorite yoga teacher! After the successful start in November 2024, we want to continue practicing yoga in the Müggelseeperle.
The yoga day will be held in English and German and will bring many interesting and new insights into yoga.
There will be a varied program that will deepen your body experience.
We use the winter to connect more deeply with ourselves to welcome spring in strength. (Suitable for beginners and advanced people.)
The Program: Yoga, asana correction, impulse presentations, conscious experience of instinctive movement, Shinrin Yoku (nature therapy), breathwork, experiencing your own vibration through mantras and gong sounds, awareness and meditation. (Food and drinks included.)
